IMPORTANT: Please note that shipping times vary depending on geographical location, time of year, and current order volume. During peak periods processing times may run longer than expected and orders are dealt with in priority sequence (First in First Out). Once the tracking number is available you will receive an automated email with tracking number - This does NOT mean the carrier has processed it and the tracking number may show as "status unavailable, not found, label created".

If you have not received an email with the tracking number, it's likely that either the email address provided on the order was misspelled or the email was routed to your junk/spam folder. If you wish to make any changes to your order, or cancel order (subject to $10 fee) please email us within 48 hours of order date. We CANNOT change or cancel an order after it has been processed.

ThinkBazaar is not the shipping carrier. We have limited control over deliveries after it has left our facility. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address provided. Addresses are transferred to the carrier electronically directly from the information you entered on your order. Please make sure you entered your address correctly, otherwise, email us immediately! 

After the package has left our fulfillment center - we advise to contact the carrier listed on the tracking information for all direct delivery related inquiries. The carrier is directly responsible for the delivery and as a privacy precaution will ask for the individual whose name is listed on the shipping label as a person of contact in the event of a problem. Our sales team cannot contact the carrier on behalf of the customer after it has left our facility because of the carrier's privacy policy.

Once an item has been scanned as delivered (tracking information shows delivered), it is up to the customer to claim the package from the mailbox, doorstep or post office. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items past this point. If you have not received your package, but the package has been marked delivered, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and sort out the delivery. 


We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in approximately 1-4 weeks from the order date. If by then you have not received your order, please email us. We assume orders are lost if the tracking information has no updates after 30 business days from the acceptance date by the carrier.


Once your information is submitted it goes through multiple security checkpoints and your information is verified against any fraudulent/suspicious activity. It can take 1-2 business days for payments to be verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after its verification. 


Your order is picked, packed and a shipping label is attached to your order. Once this step is complete your order is picked up by the carrier. It normally takes 2-4 business days (seasonal and product availability dependent). Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.


Times are listed in business days from the Carrier Acceptance date as listed on your tracking information. These times do not include verification and processing times prior to shipping the order.  These are estimates only and do not account for carrier delays, weather, customs problems or holidays. 

  • USA:  2-15 DAYS 
  • CANADA: 7-20 DAYS 
  • UK: 7-20 DAYS


IN TRANSIT: At this stage, your order is now out of our hands and in the realm of the carrier, there's nothing we can do to expedite delivery. Tracking information will update each time the barcode on the label is scanned. Keep in mind tracking information is not updated in real time and may not happen daily. 

OUT FOR DELIVERY: Your package is now on its way to its final destination and will soon be delivered.


Please note the above listed timelines are estimates designed to give you a rough idea of how our shipping process is coordinated and all orders have subjective delivery times based on geographical location. 

Our products are not all located in the same fulfillment center. This means that some of your products (if you ordered more than one item) will arrive sooner than others. Please be patient and wait for your order to arrive.
